Level 1 ASP

Dunmain are a Level One ASP Accredited Service Provider (ASP No. 3025) holding the highest “A” rating. Our Level 1 ASP Accreditation is with the NSW Department of Trade Investment, Regional Infrastructure Services.

As a level 1 ASP accredited provider we are able to offer services to clients who have contestable works to complete in the following areas:

Cable Hauling

Dunmain are a leading High Voltage and Low Voltage cable installation and cable hauling contractor based in Sydney who have been in business for 25 years. As a business we have over 150 years of combined experience in high voltage and low voltage cable installation in Australia.

Dunmain have teams of fully trained personnel and specialised equipment for Cable Hauling of any size, from low voltage to high voltage and up to and including 132kV and 330 kV cable.

Our specialised cable pulling equipment includes various sized cable hauling winches, cable trailers, drum stands, cable rollers and guides for use in any location. We have the capability to handle cable drums and cable reels of any size and weight up to 45 ton.

To assist with cable install on larger cables or longer cable haul runs, we have two independently controlled caterpillar winches (cat winch or cable pushers) which can handle cables up to 150mm diameter and push cables up to 450 metres. These units are also capable of handling trefoil cable install

On one of our more recent projects has included hauling in excess of 28,000 metres of 1200square 33kV cable, over 9000 metres of 240square earth cable and over 9000 meters of fibre optic communications or pilot cable.

Civil Construction

Dunmain can perform many civil construction duties which include excavation, open trenching, boring including micro tunnel, directional boring and non-destructive excavation. We work in all ground conditions including rock, sand, contaminated soils and water charged conditions.

The team at Dunmain are highly experienced full time workers. The civil construction jobs that we have been contracted to are both considered to be large and small however we work with some of Australia’s largest companies to provide many civil construction services.
